Pros: Great pigmentation, blendable, nice and smooth

 

Cons: I have no complaints!

 

Conclusion: I love the new formulated blushes! They are so amazing! I am 100% completely in love with them!

Wet n Wild released so many new goodies for Spring 2016!

I am always looking for a new setting spray to keep my makeup in place.

Pros: Mists out perfectly, dries up quickly & my makeup did not budge all day.

Cons: None

 

Conclusions: I definitely will repurchase this setting spray it is such good quality for the price. Thank you Wet n Wild!

 

Susenstone Flat Contour Makeup Brush

Hello My Beauties!!!!

While doing some online shopping I came across this Contour Brush on Amazon.

Pros: inexpensive, soft bristles, perfect size, picks up just enough product & blends well.

Cons: Took a long time to get here.

Conclusion: Overall I am super happy I decided to buy this brush for such a great price. Up till now I have not have any shedding. I will definitely be repurchasing this brush.

Conclusion: I really didn't like this Highlighter it was little blotchy. It was just blah, I like the other 2 shades better.

Pros: light weight, full coverage, has a pump

 

Cons: foundation can get cakey if you apply too much on.

 

Conclusion: I am loving this full coverage, non sticky foundation, I love that it doesn't set in the fine lines on my face, & most importantly it doesn't fade. Just keep a light hand because if you over apply IT WILL GET CAKEY!

I personally did not use this primer because I do not have oily skin.

I have used this primer about 6 times and I absolutely LOVE it! It really holds my foundation in place, fully moisturizes my face.

Combo Skin

Cons: goes on a little greasy when first applied.

 

 

I like this primer as well, I prefer for the truBLEND Primer for Dry Skin a little more.

But overall this is a great primer.

 

 

 

 

 

Black Radiance True Complexion Contour Palette

I came across this drugstore makeup line, I was very skeptical about trying this new brand.

I ended up buying this contour palette in the shade medium to dark, being that is this the 1st time I see a palette like this at the drugstore. Keep on reading to find out my final conclusion on this contour palette.

Pros: affordable, very pigmented, satin finish, matte contour shade, no visible shimmer or glitter

Cons: None that I can think of. =)

Conclusion: I have been using this palette for about 2 months now, I am loving the contour shade in this palette, I mostly use it to contour my nose and cheeks. I love that it is not patchy at all and that the formula is very blendable, I love that this palette is so affordable.

Maybelline Dream Velvet Foundation

Hello My Beauties!!!!
I am sure you all have heard about this new hydrating matte foundation that Maybelline came out with and I have seen so many girls raving about how great this foundation is, but for some reason I am not loving it, I have tried it for a couple of weeks now and I don't like how it sets on my face, I have dry skin and I just feel it sticks to the dry spots on my face. I love Maybelline but unfortunately this foundation does not work for me.

*FYI Ladies I use 75 Natural Beige & 90 Honey Beige, I have to mix them together to make my perfect match.

 

Maybelline Dream Velvet Soft-Matte Hydrating Foundation

30ml / 1 FL OZ

Retail Price $10.99

 

Claims: "This refreshing gel whipped foundation leaves complexion perfected & smooth with a velvety, soft-matte finish while skin stay hydrated for 12 hours."

 

Pros: None for me.

 

Cons: not buildable, very drying on dry skin. & a little messy.

 

Conclusion: This foundation is really not my cup of tea, I have tried it with a hydrating primer and I still feel it sticks to any dry spots I have on my face.

Overall I am loving This Toner, I have been using in my nightly routine every night.

I have dry skin, and since this toner is alcohol-free it doesn't make my face feel drier. It leaves my face feeling nice and smooth, Just feeling Healthy and smelling so good.

I have been looking forward to finding a good setting powder that sets in my concealer, a setting spray that locks in all my hard work, & an eyeliner that doesn't run or smudge into my contact lenses.

I was very excited when I saw Maybelline release these new products.

 

Master Precise Skinny Gel Pencil

Retail Price $7.99

 

Claims: "This waterproof automatic gel eye pencil features a 1.8mm micro tip for precise application effortlessly glides on smooth for up to 24 hour wear."

 

Pros: Long Lasting

 

Cons: Not sharp at all, breaks very easily, & smudges a little bit.

 

Conclusion: I am on the hunt for the perfect eyeliner that will not smudge and mess up my contacts. Unfortunately This eyeliner does not work for me. =(

Cons: Very Messy.

 

Conclusion:  I have been using this setting powder for my T zone & setting the concealer under my eyes. It blends in & sets in perfectly.

Pros: refreshing

 

Cons: Take a long time to dry

 

Conclusion: Overall I think this setting spray is a great product to use on an everyday basis even though it takes a little longer then usual to dry. I can live with that. It is less expensive then the L'Oreal Paris Infallible Makeup Extender Setting Spray basically for the same product just with different names.

I have been on the hunt for the perfect drugstore primer & setting powder.

I love Milani products so I was excited when I saw that Milani was launching new primers & a setting power. I was so eager to try them out & review them for you guys!

I have been using these products for a little over a month now.

 

Prime Perfection Hydrating + Pore Minimizing Face Primer

0.68 FL OZ / 20ml

Retail Price $9.99

 

Claims: “Add radiance and a healthy-looking glow to your complexion while softening the look of fine lines, large pores and flaws. Prime Perfection Hydrating + Pore-Minimizing Face Primer blends invisibly and maintains the skin’s moisture balance, resulting in an illuminating and flawless finish.”

Pros: I love that this primer is very hydrating, it gives my skin a healthy glow, minimizes my pores, there is no scent to this formula, It is smooth, easy to blend & wears well throughout my day.


Cons: I would not recommend this primer for oily skin, & I put the bottle up to the light I saw that the bottle was not completely filled.

 

 Overall I really like this primer, I liked that it applied easily and smoothly on my face, It wore well on my face. If you have dry skin you are going to LOVE this primer.

 



Prime Shield Mattifying + Pore-Minimizing Face Primer

Pros: This primer has a very smooth formula, My makeup stayed matte through out my day.

Cons: Just a little watery

Overall I rather look dewy then completely matte but on days I do want to look matte I will be using this primer for Sure! it left my makeup matte but not dry just gave me a smooth matte look.



Prep + Set + Go Transparent Face Powder

Pro: This setting powder is translucent, and I really like that it is not messy.

 

Cons: None

 

Overall this setting powder doesn't really do anything for me, I think that there are better drugstore translucent setting powders. It did set my make up but it did not minimize my pores.

MegaGlo Contouring Palette Dulce De Leche
MegaGlo Contouring Palette Caramel Toffee

Setting and contouring is an important step while doing your makeup as it prevents creasing, defines and give shapes to your face. It does wonders!
I've discovered the new formula MegaGlo Contouring Palette and I am Loving it.
I bought both palettes, I mostly use the Caramel Toffee Palette because I am naturally tan.
I use the light color to set my eye primer and concealer, to brighten up my under eye area & to clean up my contour. The darker color I use to contour my cheeks & my nose.

Pros about this palette:
MegaGlo Contouring Palette Dulce De Leche
MegaGlo Contouring Palette Caramel Toffee

• Blendable
• Creamy
• Velvety smooth
• long lasting
• Pigmented
• packaging is sturdy

Con about this palette:
Only one con about the MegaGlo Contouring Palette Dulce De Leche, I found the light color in the palette to be just a little blotchy.

Overall I feel that these are high quality products at an affordable price.

As a Beginner all the Real Technique Brushes are the perfect brushes to get your little hands on. I really enjoy using them & LOVE that they are so affordable! They can be found at almost any drugstore. I specifically bought most of them from Kohl's with my card and a 15% coupon! Which was a great buy.

Would I recommend the Real technique Brushes? Yes!

I find myself reaching for this brush all the time when doing my makeup not only when applying blush but for highlighting & applying my bronzer as well. I love that it doesn't shed.

I use this brush to apply bb cream and or my tinted moisturizer, blends like magic.

Brow Brush

• Distinctive shape to easily define eyebrows

I use this brush to apply color to my lower lash line, perfect size.

•After hearing so many girls rave about this Facial spray I finally decided to jump on the band wagon and buy it. I purchased it on Amazon, This bottle was the most inexpensive bottle I found. I use it on a daily basis in my skin care routine. It is refreshing & hydrating. I have been using it for about 2 weeks now and I am in LOVE with it, It smells amazing as well! (like rosewater). Definitely a repurchase for me!
